The Afghanistan war is more about money and drugs then you would think. Money that Afghans invested in the U.S. and "drugs" that America buys. Also money that the U.S. owes to Afghanistan. Before 9/11 there were Afghan, and American/Afghan interests here in the US.. that were not respected. Especially by "The Officials"!
As you might Already know Afghanistan had supposedly most of its money made from the sale of the poppy opium plants. In 2003 the production of the afghan poppy doubled. Who deems this type of drug illegal? The police of the world.. now the current U.S. Government. This was what it was all about folks.. A WAR ON DRUGS AND PERSONAL FREEDOM! Also who controls these drugs.
Of course America's drug habit is unquenchable, however is it justified to fight a war against a nation such as Afghanistan all for control of Afghanistan's drug fields. The Answer is NO! The simple reason is the American people did not sign off on this drug war!!!!! I will use more then one exclamation mark because "You Tube" Is currently banning my ability to use more the one in every post!
In my personally opinion 9/11 was a direct response to American Nazism and Fascist views in NY city. Too many office buildings and not enough people in them! Almost as if you could say it was Russia Declaring Victory Over its enemies of Nazi Germany, almost like a back handed slap from the past to the Nazi Party in America today! Also a wake up call to the current republican party in America. To wake the F up! Also to say.. us the people will no longer tolerate this bullshit.
Now that the truth is out do the American people really know what is going on here.. The sad fact is that they don't see the wool being pulled over their eyes.. and the truth is... there is more fascism being administered to the American people now then ever before.
I guess if you were an observer to my articles you would ask.. well geezzz isn't bin laden the Nazi? Well.. of course not... if he was... Now mind you.. the US.. would have experienced more losses here at home on 9/11. A lot of people Abroad and in America still view Osama Bin Laden as a freedom fighter.. and now as a Saint. Some people have still questioned his death because the white house will not release actual proof of his death.
Some Republicans still do not understand even what "the new divide" is and what it means to America! Do you know what that means senator????? It means that there are people in this country that are doing nothing but creating a new divide. A rift among all man kind. Just for the survival of the ability to hate others! Lets put an end to this.. even if it means to "Combat" these types of people.
Now since I like to do actual research before I go and post anything on the web. Lets take a look and see for ourselves if the American people actually signed off on this WAR ON DURGS in Afghanistan!!! Which some think is actually a war on Personal freedom!
According to Cnn.com oppinion research corporation poll as of 6/7/2011. 36% of Americans favor the war in Afghanistan verses 62% that oppose the war in Afghanistan. So more Americans oppose the war in Afghanistan.
Now how does this factor in to the war on drugs. Well in California.. there is still a debate going on about allowing the growth of Medical Marijuana for medical use. There needs to be more legalization! The truth is you can you use poppies for medical use. Opium poppies also the poppy seeds have been used medicinally mainly for pain relief and sedation, always by eating or smoking the Opium. Opium poppies are currently one of the most cultivated medical herbs in existence. Now that you know this have the American people actually signed off on this war in Afghanistan? No they have not.. Why would any nation, turn down cheap and affordable drugs. Only a Republican stuff shirt would turn this stuff down!
It should be noted that opium overdose is usually not fatal and is more likely to be fatal if the person is alone and is not able to get treatment for his/her illness.
Only an Ultra Nationalist or a Republican Nut Job would sit there and say that opium cant not be used for medical purposes, and say that this war is justified because of it. All we are hearing from American officials is that the war on drugs is necessitating the war on terrorism. However what is really happening is that Americans are being fooled to go 8,000 miles away from home.. (That's A Really Huge Gas Bill) to fight a DRUG WAR! These drugs are already legal in America and should be legal in Afghanistan. This is a war that is for controlling poppy fields and killing innocent civilians! ALL FOR DIRTY MONEY AND DRUGS!!!
Who has the right to tell Afghans that they cant grow drugs for their people to use as medicine. Needless to say.. these drugs somehow end up in Russia. This is partly why Russia fought a war with Afghanistan in the 80's. Unfortunately the soviets pulled out of that battle. They learned their lesson. With a costly battle and egg on their face with the fall of the Berlin wall. With pressure from American forces loyal to the German regime. The soviets still have not recovered from this upset!
Me personally I think 9/11 was the turning point and an end to the Cold War.. However.. We have yet to find out fully how the U.S. and Russia are cooperating on joint missile defense. With Brazil falling under the Iron Curtain, and the Arab spring uprising.. things are starting to heat up for sure. What will the U.S. Face in the very near future?
